DJ
1tbsp is the eclectic dance music project of Australian artist Maxwell Byrne, best known for his work as Golden Vessel. Since debuting the project in 2021 with the kanashī EP via independent label Sumoclic, Byrne has built 1tbsp into a globally recognised act through a string of acclaimed EPs and albums including Joan, It’s Very Loud, Mosquito Love, Megacity1000 and 2025’s Hotel Living. Alongside collaborations with artists such as Mietze Conte, Cherry Chola and DJ ADHD, Byrne earned a Grammy nomination for his contribution to BAYNK’s track “Till It’s Even.” Known for his high-energy live performances, 1tbsp has toured extensively across Australia, North America, Europe and the UK, performing at major festivals including Groovin the Moo, Laneway Festival, Electric Forest, Shambhala Music Festival and Portola Festival, while selling out headline shows around the world. Ahadadream has emerged as one of the most exciting and influential voices in contemporary club music, crafting a distinctive sound built on powerful percussion, UK club traditions, and influences drawn from his Pakistani heritage, the African diaspora, and beyond. The London-based DJ, producer, label head, and founder of the groundbreaking Dialled In movement has become a key tastemaker in global dance music, with his productions championed by artists including Skrillex, Four Tet, Fred again.., Peggy Gou, Jamie xx, and Ben UFO. Known for explosive sets that unite cultures and dancefloors, Ahadadream has performed everywhere from Glastonbury, Sonar, Panorama Bar, Fabric, and Circoloco to Boiler Room, where his debut appearance was hailed as one of the platform’s most unforgettable sessions. Vinyl collectors the world over and fans of great deejaying alike know Japan’s DJ Koco aka Shimokita. He first started spinning 45s in 2011 and since uploading his first Instagram video in 2017 cutting up and juggling two 7 inch records, his meteoric rise to prominence has been amazing to witness. Koco’s technical abilities are near flawless and combined with his digging skills, impeccable taste in music and the palatable pure joy with which he plays, he is mesmerising to watch. And the right people have been taking notice.
With prestigious live appearances under his belt such as the Do-Over Tokyo, the Vinyl Destination Tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff and Bastid’s BBQ Taipei. Elsie is a DJ, event curator, and radio host known for her warm and trusted presence within Naarm’s close-knit electronic music scene. Her selections move with a dynamic energy that makes space for sounds from all over, spanning downtempo, Balearic, dub, synth, post-punk, and left-field sounds.
Her eclectic approach has seen her perform at numerous festivals and events throughout 2025–26, including Hopkins Creek, Pitch Music & Arts, NTS Radio in Naarm, Golden Plains, Moniker, Ballista, and When Pigs Fly.
American-born, Berlin-based artist fumi is emerging as a notable newcomer in the techno scene. Her eclectic taste in music blends bouncy, glossy tracks with sexy, energetic 240 elements. Taking inspiration from old-school hip hop, new wave hard groove, and curated techno, fumi’s sound is not limited to any genre, but instead creates a new and unique sound through fast mixing and multi-deck building. fumi aspires to attract diverse crowds, collaborate with other artists, and redefine the way we see and consume electronic music in an authentic and down-to-earth way. Since the 1980s, Gilles Peterson has been a pivotal figure in club culture, renowned for his genre-defying approach to music with jazz at its core. As one of the UK’s most iconic DJs, he has spent more than 40 years shaping musical trends as a radio presenter, club DJ, producer and festival curator, influencing artists and audiences around the world. He currently hosts a flagship weekend programme on BBC Radio 6 Music and founded Worldwide FM in 2016, extending his commitment to discovering and sharing boundary-pushing sounds. Peterson is also the founder of the Worldwide Festival in the South of France and We Out Here in the UK, while his label, Brownswood Recordings, continues to champion emerging talent on a global stage. His first book, Lockdown FM: Broadcasting in a Pandemic, further cemented his status as one of contemporary music’s most respected and multifaceted cultural tastemakers.
Amsterdam-born and based vibemakers Kamma and Masalo are rising artists in their own right, but together as a DJ unit they open up a distinctly elevated dimension on the dancefloor. Bringing together two generations of dance music expertise, Mike Callander and Michael Mayer unite for a B2B that bridges Melbourne’s underground spirit with one of electronic music’s most influential global institutions. With over a decade in the game, Crissy Collins has built a reputation for genre-defying sets that weave together rare grooves, global club sounds and hidden classics, while carrying forward Chicago’s ethos of the dancefloor as a sacred space for connection, ritual and release.

It would be wrong to start talking about where Ouissam Mokretar comes from – after a decade in Asia, he’s now something of a regional entity that has managed to change the dance music scene wherever he has laid down roots. His approach to a dance floor is as simple as it is intuitive and elegant: nothing that can make a room shudder with joy is barred from his selections.
As the founder of Hong Kong’s Cliche Records, he was one of the first in that city to cultivate a disco-house-techno synthesis that shifted the understanding of what could be danced to there. He went on to create the magnetic Homesick and Fragrant Harbor labels, before suddenly setting his sights on Hanoi in Vietnam, where he has established the dance mecca Savage where he runs the monthly queer night Snug. Tokyo-born and London-based, Riria has quickly emerged as one of the most exciting names in global bass music. Rising to international attention through her breakout Boiler Room set, which amassed millions of views, she has built a reputation for high-energy selections that seamlessly blend UKG, Amapiano, Jersey Club, dub, underground gems, and unexpected crowd-pleasers. As UKG, bassline and speed garage continue their resurgence, a new wave of producers is driving the scene forward, with the Manchester-based artist at its forefront. Blending the grit of UK bass with the infectious, singalong energy of club classics, Silva Bumpa captures the effervescent spirit of mid-2000s bassline while bringing a sharp, contemporary approach to songwriting.

Emelyne is an active force within Naarm’s vibrant music scene. Her one of a kind energy and enthusiasm around music brings people together telling narratives of history through her woven tapestry of forgotten gems and little heard global sounds. Stylistically Emelyne is revered for her versatile bag of selections, with a special affinity for UK-inspired sounds, bombastic broken beat, forward-thinking rhythmic productions and booming dub.
Lori dedicates most minutes of the day to belting out songs with no genre boundaries, blissed out over everything from rare groove to hip hop to jungle to library. She’s been busy building her presence in the DJ world, playing parties across Melbourne and featuring on airwaves all around the world. She can also be heard presenting her musical knowledge and impeccable taste in guest slots and mixes for NTS Radio in London and Skylab Radio. Brooklyn-based Galcher Lustwerk became one of the most hotly tipped names in the underground dance music scene during the mid-2010s. The Cleveland-born producer's tracks combine deep house beats with his own subtle vocals often reminiscent of a more laid-back variation on late-'80s hip-house, creating a detached yet energetic take on the Midwest house sound.
Bringing together three distinct forces from Australia’s underground, Isgwan, Prizefight and Waxx Off unite for a high-energy B3B that thrives on spontaneity, deep selections and dancefloor connection. Alongside these heavyweight appearances at clubs and festivals small and large, Marley has put countless airwaves and car stereos under strain as the much‑adored 2IC of Passing Notes on PBS 106.7FM.
Marley is renowned for his deep and diverse take on bass and dub-leaning selections. Those perfect for his newest project - the freshly minted, hand built Interrogator Soundsystem, a stack tuned for heavy low end pressure.
MiNNA fires up any dancefloor with her upbeat, effervescent energy.
Drawing inspiration from the sounds of the '70s discotheque, the London-based selector keeps people moving with a soulful, uplifting and eclectic selection of vocal-driven and world sounds. Influenced by music from all eras, she combines her joy and curiosity for music and dancing by finding new tracks and digging through old records, a passion she has pursued since the age of 12.
Supporting the likes of Masters At Work, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Armand Van Helden, she loves creating a vibe on the dancefloor and bringing people together through her choice of tunes.
MiNNA's fundamental aim is to share the love of music and continue carrying the torch for her generation and the next to come.
Eva, aka O Honey, is a Naarm-based DJ known for her thoughtful curation, broad taste and infectious energy behind the decks. Drawing on soul, funk, disco, dub, balearic and leftfield dance music, her sets are playful, genre-spanning and crafted for the moment.
Whether warming up the crowd before Basement Jaxx at Golden Plains, soundtracking day parties such as Spasta and When Pigs Fly, or taking a packed dancefloor - or a laidback wine bar - deeper into the night, O Honey brings momentum and fun to every set with ease.
She has also appeared on lineups for Meredith, Meadow, Echo Beach, Loch Hart and Rhythm Section, sharing bills with many respected local and international artists. Alcides Neto is a Brazilian multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Naarm (Melbourne). Inspired by folk music from his home country, Alcides aims to present his perspective of Brazilian music, mixing traditional styles with Brazilian contemporary jazz.
Docker River Band is led by Anangu man Roy Jugadai who is an accomplished guitarist and singer-songwriter from the remote community of Kaltukatjara (Docker River) close to the border of NT and WA, 230kms west of Uluru (APY Lands). The DRB has been honing their dynamic desert reggae musical style for years, a fresh sound often found in the Central Desert region of Australia. DRB play original songs and sing in Pitjantjatjara language, they are a tight band and combine dreamy vocals with impressive keyboard riffs and solid bass and drums.
Greentea Peng is a South London artist whose work exists at the intersection of sound, spirit, and self-inquiry. Blending neo-soul, dub, jazz, and psychedelic textures, her music unfolds in hazy, immersive layers. Krakatau are a Melbourne-based exploratory jazz fusion band, made up of core members keyboardist James Tom, bassist Danny Smith and drummer Jordan Dunster and augmented by additional musicians both live and in recorded works. Miles Nautu is an Aboriginal and Fijian producer and rapper from Melbourne, Australia. Miles first introduced his jazz-meets-hip-hop sound on his debut EP ‘ALLUDE’, which earned critical praise and international traction. The record found its way onto editorial playlists and radio rotations around the world, including support from Triple J, KEXP and topping the North American Community & College (NACC) radio charts. Entirely self-produced, ‘ALLUDE’ showcased Miles’s jazz-hop drums, boom-bap swing, driving basslines and a laid-back, incisive flow.

Owelu Dreamhouse (pronounced Oh-WAY-lew) is a new collaboration from vocalist Nkechi Anele and arranger and multi-instrumentalist Nic Ryan-Glenie, rekindling the musical relationship they forged in iconic Melbourne soul band Saskwatch. Writing and producing together in collaboration with old and new friends, Nkechi and Nic’s new body of work is a sonic blend of cinematic soul, psychedelia, and Afrobeat, weaving through the complexities of cultural ties, gender, and identities across generations. Touch Sensitive (Michael Di Francesco) is an Australian producer, bassist, keyboardist and songwriter known for his distinctive fusion of Italo-disco, house, synth-pop and live musicianship. Courtney Bailey is a Japanese DJ, producer and party organiser now based in Berlin, known for founding the underground Tokyo rave NOCOMPLY. She first gained international attention with her 2023 debut EP Soleil on Hole and Holland, followed by 2025 releases including the acid-leaning I Wanna Feel You on Animals Dancing and her debut album In Dream on Music From Memory — a lush, balearic-infused blend of synths, bass and intimate vocals. As a DJ, she’s played Panorama Bar, Womb, Klymax, Love International and Fuji Rock Festival, bringing her emotive, nature-inspired sound to dancefloors across Europe and Asia.
