If you sadly missed out on Tickets your next opportunity to purchase is via Resale on Humanitix which opens 16 July.

Humanitix is our official Ticket & Resale provider. They offer ethical resale which means Tickets can only be sold for what they were purchased for + fees (this means no one profits from buying in bulk to sell on).
You can list your ticket for Public Resale or Private (you’ll get a link you can share directly with your buyer).

DO NOT exchange funds for Tickets outside if Humanitix as official name changes will not have taken place and Tickets are checked against IDs when entering the festival. Don’t get left out of pocket and without a valid Ticket. Scamming has increased significantly online.

  • Birthday, First Nations & Low Income Tickets are not eligible for Resale or name changes.

By joining the waitlist you will be notified when a ticket becomes available for you to purchase. If you receive an offer you have 24hrs to transact.

  • No, this is why we use Humanitix as the official Resale Platform for Strawberry Fields. Tickets can only be sold for what they were purchased for + resale fee. This keeps things fair and equal for all and means no one benefits from buying more tickets than they need.

  • In order to change the name on a ticket you need to complete the Humanitix Resale process.

    You can list a ticket publicly or send a private link to a friend to buy your ticket. The full total of the ticket price must be made for the name to be changed. This prevents scamming. Read more about the process on Humanitix via the button above.

  • Yes, if your name isn’t on the Vehicle pass you are entering on, you may be scammed if someone has tried to sell this to you outside of Humanitix.
