If you sadly missed out on Tickets your next opportunity to purchase is via Resale on Humanitix.

Humanitix is our official Ticket & Resale provider. They offer ethical resale which means Tickets can only be sold for what they were purchased for + fees (this means no one profits from buying in bulk to sell on).
You can list your ticket for Public Resale or Private (you’ll get a link you can share directly with your buyer).

DO NOT exchange funds for Tickets elsewhere as official name changes will not have taken place and Tickets are checked against IDs when entering the festival. Don’t get left out of pocket and without a valid Ticket. Scamming has increased significantly online.

  • Birthday, First Nations & Low Income Tickets are not eligible for Resale or name changes.

  • Registering for The Ballot is the best way to secure your spot on the dancefloor at Strawberry. 
    Ballot Registrations close 12pm 30 June 2025.

    • Round 1 of The Ballot will be drawn Tuesday 1 July

    • Round 2 of The Ballot will be drawn Tuesday 8 July

    Unique links to purchase Tickets via The Ballot will be sent out via email/SMS across the morning. If sadly you can't join us or you don't claim your Ballot offer within 48hrs, it will be offered to another eager individual. 

    Strawberry has a long history of selling out and The Ballot provides a fair opportunity for friends old and new to gain access to the most affordable Tickets. It also means less stress and people hitting the refresh button which happens during the Limited Public Sale (date to be announced).

  • Strawberry Fields sells out early year on year and The Ballot provides a fair way to provide friends old and new with the opportunity to experience the magic on the Murray. It also provides a less stressful purchase process versus the Limited Public Sale.

    If you’ve filled out the form for The Ballot you’re in the mix (we don’t send confirmation emails).

    Any duplicate phone/email entries are not counted and removed (No, it does NOT increase your chances at getting selected).

    When The Ballot is drawn, lucky individuals will receive SMS/Email invites with a unique link to purchase their Ticket. Ticket invites will flow out from 9am and across the morning until midday. Unique links can only be used for one order and expire after 48hrs.

    Tickets are first in best dressed, so it pays to move quickly to secure the most affordable Tickets. Ticket tiers will unlock as tickets sell out.

    All Transport and Glamping/Pre-pitched camping options will also be available for purchase during The Ballot (they can often sell out early).

    There will be an allocation of Transport and Glamping/Pre-pitched camping options in both R1 & R2 of The Ballot. Anything left over will then be available as part of the Limited Public Sale.

    Make sure to have your payment card details and personal details for those you may be purchasing for on the day (Legal name, DOB, email, post code).

  • That depends on what Round Ticket you purchase as limits apply:

    • Early Bird Tickets (2x per order)

    • Round 1 Tickets (4x per order)

    • Round 2 Tickets (6x per order)

    • Round 3 Tickets (8x per order)

    • All Vehicle passes restricted (2x per order)

    • Bus Tickets & Glamping (no limits apply)

  • As you’re a legend and bought your Ticket a whole year in advance, you are guaranteed entry in Round 1 of The Ballot where you will have a link to puchase Transport Passes & Glamping / Pre-pitched camping.

  • You sure can!
    Make sure you have all their details including Legal Name, DOB, email and post code as you will be asked to enter these during the checkout process.

    Name changes / Resale will be available at a later date through Humanitix for a small fee.

  • Maybe, Strawberry Fields sells out every year, so registering for The Ballot is your best and most stress free way to secure Tickets.

    If you sadly miss out, there will be an opportunity to purchase Round 3 Tickets via a Limited Public Sale (date to be announced).

    If you miss out in the Limited Public Sale, resale via Humanitix will then be your final option.

    Zip Pay and afterpay will be available for Buy Now Pay Later on all Tickets.

    We recommend making sure you have already regsitered with your preferred service before 1 July and also please be aware providers may have order value caps. Check the details before you buy.
