CAMPING & GLAMPING

Every year we aim to create a more environmentally friendly festival whilst enhancing the experience for our community.

Strawberry Fields Pre-pitched Camping & Glamping is perfect for those who want to take less luggage, like things hassle-free or are partial to a bit of luxury.

All festival tickets provide access from Friday - Monday and include free general camping with your car. For glampers and pre-pitched campers simply buy a Thursday Entry Transport Pass to access your tent for an extra night and enjoy more music, art and dips in the Murray River.

Pre-pitched Camping & Glamping includes:

  • Prime location campsite close to the SF Bus Stop and Markets

  • Communal shaded chill-out area with pamper zone including mirrors, hairdryers, chairs and tables

  • Friendly reception team

  • Dedicated toilets and access to showers ($)

  • Glamping Wellness services ($) including massage, osteo, red light therapy (online bookings opening soon)

Please check Glamping package inclusions before registering for The Ballot or buying as package inclusions vary.

Festival Tickets are NOT included and must be purchased separately along with Transport Passes.

All glampers & pre-pitched campers will receive an email pre-event where you can provide details of your friends so we can aim to have you camped together.

PRESIDENTIAL GLAMPING

$1,500 + booking fee

Sleeps 2 people

The ultimate luxury for those looking to go all out and make Strawberry extra special.

Includes: Emperor Canvas Bell Tent, flooring, raised bed with inner sprung mattress, bedding (pillows, sheets, doona), blanket, dressing table and chairs, side tables, couch, icebox and battery powered lights, lamps and fairy lights. All set up and ready for when you arrive.

*Please note the tent is not powered.

DELUXE GLAMPING PACKAGES

Sleeps 4 people $2,550 + booking fee

Sleeps 3 people $1,911 + booking fee

Sleeps 2 people $1,274 + booking fee

(twin or double beds available - confirmed post purchase)

Includes: Canvas Bell Tent, flooring, raised bed with luxe mattress, bedding (pillows, sheets, doona), blankets, chairs, bedside tables, battery powered lanterns, fairy lights. All set up and ready for when you arrive.

CLASSIC GLAMPING PACKAGES

Sleeps 4 people $1,500 + booking fee

Sleeps 3 people $1,125 + booking fee

Sleeps 2 people $850 + booking fee

Includes: Canvas Bell Tent. This tent does NOT include flooring, lighting or any internal furnishings.

Camping Rentals & Repairs

We’re proud to be partnering with Wallaroo who are passionate about making festivals more environmentally friendly. When you buy low quality, cheap gear it gets damaged, creates unwanted stress and results in festival waste if left behind! To prevent that from happening pre-book quality camping essentials at affordable prices from Wallaroo. From tents, inflatable beds, to esky’s and camping chairs, they’ve got everything you need.

Have a stress-free weekend, knowing you have reliable gear, and better yet you have less to pack and carry home after the festival. Camping rentals will be available for collection/drop off at the Wallaroo stall and their team will be hanging around for the weekend if you need any help.

CAMPING SHOP AND REPAIR SERVICE

Wallaroo will also have camping essentials available to buy for those of you looking to invest in quality products for future festivals along with a gear repair station at the stall…just in case anything goes wrong with your exisiting camping gear.

Wallaroo camping rentals, shop and and repair service will be be available at by the SF Bus stop/ Glamping reception:
