SELLING & TRANSFERRING AN EXISTING Ticket

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. YOU CANNOT REVERSE OR ALTER A TRANSFER ONCE PROCESSED SO YOU MUST MAKE SURE YOU GET IT RIGHT. 

To avoid anyone being ripped off or scammed, there is no way to just transfer a name on an existing Strawberry Fields e-ticket. In a measure to protect fans, we have partnered with Tixel who provide a facility where you can buy or sell tickets and they will reissue a new ticket in the new buyers name upon purchase.

  • You are able to buy tickets, sell tickets & transfer your ticket to another person by using Tixel

  • If you have arranged to sell your ticket privately to a friend, you can list your ticket for sale and before the final confirmation (in step 4 of the listing process select the 'private listing' option). You can then send the unique link to the private listing to your buyer.

  • Once you have paid the transfer fee and completed the process, your original ticket will be cancelled/voided and removed from your Eventbrite Account. A new ticket will be generated for the new owner, and they will receive an email confirmation with the PDF ticket attached.

  • There is a $12.50 administrative charge with Tixel on a ticket transfer.

  • There is no charge to transfer a Bus Ticket or Vehicle Pass - simple email tickets@strawberry-fields.com.au to make a change to these ticket types. Please note you can only change the name on these ticket types ONCE and once only.

  • Low income tickets cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR MISTAKE – YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TICKET AND ENSURING YOU COMPLETE THIS PROCESS ACCURATELY. Eventbrite will not be able to reverse anything if you make a mistake.

 

TICKET TRANSFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets can be transferred from the original Account Holder/Purchaser to a new Account Holder which will cancel the original barcode and remove the ticket from the original Account Holders Eventbrite account. If only changing the attendee name, the ticket will remain in the original Account Holders Eventbrite account. The barcode will be void and a new barcode issued in the new attendee name. There are no refunds available for change of mind. Photo ID must be presented upon entry and match the attendee name on the ticket.Only one transfer/name change is allowed per ticket and once processed the change cannot be reversed.
