FOR ENQUIRIES REGARDING TICKETING:
- All ticketing enquires are handled by the Eventbrite service team via email@example.com - make sure you have read out the Tickets FAQ before contacting them directly about your ticketing issue.
- Make sure you include your Order ID, Account Holder Name, Attendee Name & Email
- The timeframe for response is currently 24 - 48 hours from Monday to Friday only due to a high volume of queries.
- Do not resend your email if you haven't received a response within a few days - this may only cause your email to get bumped to the back of the queue
